Team Effectiveness Programs

Multi-month structured program with functional teams. This can be teams with real challenges, or simply groups that realise high performance won’t happen by accident. Usually exec team, or exec -1

Includes:

  • Team diagnostics

  • Program kickoff, where team and individual focus areas are agreed upon

  • Series of workshops based on the unique needs of the group

  • Accountability and tracking of progress throughout the program

  • Individual coaching if required
