Driving performance
with powerful conversations

As a strategic facilitator, leadership consultant and trainer, with over 12 years of facilitation and consulting experience, I have led engagements in over 25 countries, with hundreds of clients, and thousands of individuals.

That has involved many thousands of hours standing in front of groups, sitting with executives and their teams, and workshopping solutions to drive and embed lasting performance and behaviour change.

Through the years invested with clients, and a passion for leading research on psychology and neuroscience, I have gained considerable insight into the realities of senior business leaders and their teams. The exposure to a wide range of approaches and strategies, employed by some of the most successful individuals and organisations in the marketplace, helps me create real impact with the leaders, teams and sales people I support.

Before starting this business, I worked as a management consultant in London & Sydney, honing my craft as a facilitator while working for a number of leading consultancies in the region. Prior to that my background was in business development, account management, and corporate fundraising.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Law & International Relations, a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, and a number of accreditations in leading tools and psychometrics.

Born and raised in Queenstown NZ, I now live on the East Coast of Australia. I’m a keen skier, love my golf, avidly follow geopolitics, and like things that go fast.

Partnerships & associates

I have developed strategic partnerships with a number of other organisations and associates in the region, allowing me to scale my offering as required.
